Guess’ Focuses on International Expansion: Time to Hold?

Guess had a very mediocre business, from the latest quarter report, it has been losing money.
It forecasted to grow revenue by about 4 % in one year, and to make EPS 0.4. Read at

This looks like a turning around , from losing money to making profit, but the business is doomed to fail ! So many retail companies are struggling to survive in Europe and Asia alike, Guess is still expanding by opening more off line store in these places, what a strategy to fail down the road !
And the shares are so expensive at 13.2 USD !
Sell and wait for its share prices to reflect its doomed business at an era of on line retailers like Amazon.com and Alinbaba, Tamil.com. The share prices will fall in a few quarters just like Sealed Air share prices did.

There has been little or no growth in the past few quarters and years, and there is not much future growth as well, as seen here at

But the valuation is so high: P/E = 42 !
Too expensive, sell !
The dividend yield is very high, however, not sure how the company will keep so high dividend in the future.
